1. Act as an ambassador for Guerlain Spas, embodying the brand's values, history, and passion to Beauty Experts and Spa teams.
2. Serve as the public relations representative for Guerlain Spa expertise.
3. Ensure the quality of treatments and adherence to protocols, methods, and customer journey steps in collaboration with local Program Managers.
4. Maintain presentation, merchandising, hygiene, and safety standards in line with Guerlain's requirements and local regulations.
5. Organize and conduct in-person and digital training sessions internationally and at the Spa Academy headquarters.
6. Train new Beauty Experts during Spa openings.
7. Support and monitor teams during annual field visits.
8. Facilitate communication between local Program Managers and the International Spa Training Service.
9. Collaborate with the International Spa team to update educational materials, create new protocols, and develop communication tools.
10. Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the Spa Academy with the International Spa Assistant.
11. Master Guerlain's facial and body treatment protocols and techniques.
12. Occasionally perform treatments for VIP clients, exemplifying Guerlain's expertise.

1. BTS in Aesthetics, Cosmetics, and Perfumery.
2. Confirmed experience in luxury spa environments as an Aesthetic Practitioner.
3. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Minimum of 5 years in luxury spa environments as an Aesthetic Practitioner.

BTS in Aesthetics, Cosmetics, and Perfumery.
