- Conduct competitive analysis and present benchmarks to the team.
- Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and industry developments in wellness, technology, and beauty.
- Develop and update spa communication tools, newsletters, and leaflets.
- Maintain and enhance the spa network book and create specific spa treatment brochures.
- Oversee logistical and operational aspects of merchandising implementation.
- Participate in luxury hotel spa client experience development projects.
- Organize international seminars for spa managers and trainers in Paris.
- Coordinate the induction program for new Spa Managers.
- Support the opening of a Guerlain spa and update functional service tools.
- Coordinate operational aspects of the Guerlain Spa Academy, including participant registration and logistics.
- Assist in the creation and improvement of educational tools in collaboration with the training team.
- Manage administrative and logistical aspects of training sessions.
- Serve as the liaison between spas and the training service for training-related inquiries.
- Interface with external partners and suppliers for the spa academy's operational needs.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- Previous internship experience in Marketing within the luxury sector or luxury hospitality is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, autonomous, and engaged work ethic.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and agility in a dynamic environment.
Entry-level, ideally with prior internship experience in luxury marketing or hospitality.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
