Guerlain International Spa Marketing & Training Intern

- Conduct competitive analysis and present benchmarks to the team.
- Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and industry trends in wellness, technology, and beauty.
- Develop and update spa communication tools, including newsletters and leaflets.
- Oversee the logistical and operational aspects of merchandising implementation.
- Participate in luxury hotel spa client experience development projects.
- Organize international seminars for spa managers and trainers in Paris.
- Coordinate the induction program for new Spa Managers.
- Support the opening of a Guerlain spa with a comprehensive approach.
- Assist in updating functional tools for the Spa International service.
- Coordinate operational aspects of the Guerlain Spa Academy for training needs.
- Manage participant registrations and logistical arrangements for training sessions.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of pedagogical tools.
- Manage administrative and logistical aspects of training sessions.
- Serve as a liaison between spas and the training service for training-related inquiries.
- Interface with external partners and suppliers for the spa academy's operational needs.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- Previous internship experience in marketing within the luxury or hospitality sector is preferred.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, autonomous, and engaged work ethic.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and agility in a dynamic work environment.
Ideal candidates will have beginner-level experience, preferably in a luxury marketing or operational role.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
