Guerlain International Spa Marketing and Training Intern

- Conduct competitive analysis and present benchmarks to the team.
- Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and industry developments in wellness, technology, and beauty.
- Develop and update spa communication tools, newsletters, and brochures.
- Oversee logistical and operational aspects of spa merchandising implementation.
- Participate in projects enhancing luxury hotel spa customer experiences.
- Organize international seminars for spa managers and trainers in Paris.
- Coordinate the induction program for new Spa Managers.
- Support the launch of a Guerlain spa, including 360-degree opening activities.
- Coordinate the Guerlain Spa Academy's operational needs for training sessions.
- Manage participant registrations across the Spa network in France and internationally.
- Facilitate logistical arrangements for aesthetic practice models and training sessions.
- Prepare diplomas and gifts for training completion.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of pedagogical tools.
- Manage digitalized training tools and platforms.
- Serve as the liaison between spas and the training department for training-related inquiries.
- Interface with external partners and suppliers for the Spa Academy's operational needs.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Business School or equivalent.
- Previous internship experience in luxury marketing or luxury hospitality is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, autonomous, and committed work ethic.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and agility in dynamic environments.
Ideal candidates will have some prior internship experience in marketing within the luxury sector, particularly in perfumes and cosmetics or luxury hospitality.
Master's degree in progress in Business or related field.
