- Conduct competitive analysis and present benchmarks to the team.
- Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and industry developments in wellness, technology, and beauty.
- Develop and update spa communication tools, newsletters, and leaflets.
- Oversee the logistical and operational aspects of merchandising implementation.
- Participate in luxury hotel spa client experience development projects.
- Organize international seminars for spa managers and trainers in Paris.
- Coordinate the induction program for new Spa Managers.
- Support the opening of a Guerlain spa.
- Assist in updating functional service tools and managing logistics for the International Spa Service.
- Coordinate the Guerlain Spa Academy's operational needs for training sessions.
- Manage participant registrations across the Spa France and International network.
- Handle logistical arrangements for aesthetic practice models and training sessions.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of pedagogical tools with the training team.
- Manage the administrative and logistical aspects of training sessions, including room setup and material preparation.
- Serve as the point of contact between spas and the training service for training-related inquiries.
- Interface with external partners and suppliers involved in the spa academy's operations.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent university program.
- Previous internship experience in Marketing (Development or Operational) within the luxury sector, preferably in Perfumes & Cosmetics or luxury hospitality.
- Fluent in English with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
