- Develop launch reports with both quantitative and qualitative analyses of the year's launch priorities.
- Share market activation strategies, including PR, digital, and influencer engagements, with executive management through detailed reports.
- Manage the distribution of the HQ Newsletter every Friday.
- Support and consolidate calibration tools for international management, including calibration files and podium overviews.
- Serve as a primary contact for Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas, supporting their operational needs across Skincare, Fragrance, Make-up, and Brand Animation.
- Ensure subsidiaries receive necessary information and materials for product innovations, including mock-ups and lab samples.
- Monitor and report on the performance of subsidiaries and major franchises.
- Collect and consolidate market feedback on 360-degree tools provided by headquarters.
- Final year student in business school or equivalent (bac +4/5 level).
- Initial experience in a company, ideally 6 months in Marketing or Business Analysis.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong numerical analysis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse cultures.
- Dynamic, organized, and rigorous with the ability to work autonomously and proactively.
Entry-level, suitable for individuals with initial experience in marketing or business analysis.
Final year student in business school or equivalent (bac +4/5 level).
