Guerlain International Operational Marketing Intern

- Draft launch reports with both quantitative and qualitative analyses focused on the year's launch priorities.
- Share market activations with Comex through comprehensive reports.
- Manage the HQ Newsletter distributed every Friday.
- Support and consolidate calibration tools for international management, including calibration files and ad hoc analyses.
- Serve as a primary contact for regions including Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas, providing operational support across skincare, fragrance, make-up, and brand animation.
- Ensure subsidiaries receive necessary information for presenting innovations, including product mock-ups and lab samples.
- Monitor performance of subsidiaries and main franchises.
- Collect and consolidate market feedback on 360 tools provided by head office.
- Final year student in a business school or equivalent (bac +4/5 level).
- Initial experience in a company, ideally 6 months in Marketing/Business Analysis.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong numerical analysis capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse cultures.
- Dynamic, organized, rigorous, autonomous, and proactive.
Entry-level experience, ideally 6 months in Marketing/Business Analysis.
Final year student in a business school or equivalent (bac +4/5 level).
