1. Collaborate closely with logistics, transport/customs, and customer service teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
2. Analyze logistics, transport, and customer service processes to propose enhancements.
3. Optimize transport flows through detailed analysis.
4. Utilize Office365 tools (PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate) to develop, consolidate, and maintain activity reports for transport and logistics.
5. Participate in daily service tasks to gain practical experience and reinforce theoretical knowledge.

1. Currently enrolled in a BAC+4/5 program at an engineering or business school.
2. Demonstrates rigor, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Proactive and engaged in proposing solutions related to service missions.

1. Proficient in Office365 tools, particularly for reporting activities.
2. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
3. Fluent in English.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a BAC+4/5 in engineering or business.
