Guerlain International E-Retail Assistant Intern

- Assist E-Retail Project Managers in developing strategic guidelines and specific content to provide innovative recommendations to subsidiaries.
- Ensure timely availability of E-Retail content (such as content pages and newsletters) to markets and assist in maintaining over 200 global platforms, including Sephora, Douglas, and Marionnaud.
- Manage daily interactions with creative agencies for briefing and developing content related to product launches and key commercial events.
- Occasionally contribute to the development of decision-making tools (e.g., shade finders, fragrance consultations).
- Collaborate daily with Digital and Marketing teams.
- Participate in and prepare for weekly validation meetings with the Marketing Department.
- Support local market implementation by initiating E-Retail campaign plans and compiling local calendars.
- Manage daily relationships with E-Retail teams in subsidiaries or regions and respond to their requests (plans, content, validations, etc.).
- Monitor the successful online launch of products and events, consolidating launch monitoring and reporting to the team and Marketing.
- Ensure and control Guerlain's brand image on platforms managed by subsidiaries.
- Consolidate best practices and benchmarks of online innovations and trends from competitors or e-retailers.
- Propose innovations to enhance Guerlain's image, product understanding, campaign conversion, customer experience, or internal team processes.
- Conduct audits of the Maison as needed by the business and team.
- Student pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in a business school or equivalent university program.
- Ideally, previous internship experience in digital project management, trade, or marketing, preferably in the luxury or beauty sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities proactively and diligently.
- Enthusiastic and curious nature with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Fluent in French and English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Photoshop or Chinese language skills is a plus.
Entry-level, suitable for students with some internship experience in digital, trade, or marketing.
Pursuing a Master's degree in business or a related field.
This is a 6-month paid internship starting in January 2026, offering valuable experience in the luxury beauty industry and exposure to international markets.
