1. Oversee the operational execution of the CRM activation plan, including the production and delivery of CRM campaigns and assets to various markets.
2. Serve as the primary contact for market-specific activation plan inquiries.
3. Support the team in CRM projects related to activation and loyalty programs, including the deployment of automated campaigns and the introduction of new communication channels such as SMS and push notifications.
4. Conduct competitive analysis to identify and share best practices in customer activation and loyalty.
5. Monitor and analyze monthly CRM campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program (Bac +4/+5) in business, communication, or a related field.
2. Previous internship experience in CRM, ideally within the luxury sector.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.

1. Proactive and curious nature with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Entry-level, ideally with prior internship experience in CRM.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business, communication, or a related field.
