- Manage the production of all CRM tactical assets both online and offline, ensuring alignment with market constraints and CRM objectives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality assets and support markets.
- Consolidate and analyze CRM performance metrics across various markets.
- Monitor the performance of launch campaigns.
- Update existing CRM assets and develop new recruitment, retention, and reactivation tools tailored to market needs and customer profiles.
- Assist in the creation of the monthly internal CRM newsletter by coordinating with markets to gather actions and best practices.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify best practices in relational actions.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience in CRM, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and engaged approach to work.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
