- Oversee the operational follow-up of the CRM activation plan, including the production and delivery of CRM campaigns and assets to various markets.
- Serve as the primary contact for markets regarding their activation plans.
- Support the team in CRM projects related to activation and loyalty programs, such as deploying new automated campaigns and launching new channels like SMS and push notifications.
- Conduct competitive intelligence to identify and share best practices in customer activation and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze monthly CRM campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience in CRM, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Proactive and curious nature with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Entry-level, ideally with prior internship experience in CRM.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Communication, or equivalent.
