1. Provide administrative and logistical support for training sessions, including managing administrative files and organizing logistics such as venues and breaks.
2. Monitor the billing process related to training activities.
3. Administer the 360 Learning platform by creating and updating user profiles and tracking usage KPIs.
4. Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including organizing integration seminars and managing Welcome Packs and e-learning modules.
5. Manage the editorial line of the intranet 'INSIDE GUERLAIN' by sourcing content, writing articles, and distributing newsletters.
6. Support internal events by assisting in the organization and logistics of key company events.
7. Lead a cross-functional project based on intern interests and business needs, such as redesigning integration programs or creating internal events.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Fluency in English and French.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
2. Strong writing skills.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Dynamic and proactive with excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

No prior professional experience required, suitable for students seeking to gain practical experience in HR and internal communications.

Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
