Guerlain Internal Communication and HR Development Intern

1. Provide administrative and logistical support for training sessions, including managing administrative files and organizing session logistics.
2. Monitor the invoicing process related to training and development activities.
3. Administer the 360 Learning platform, including user profile management and KPI tracking.
4. Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including organizing integration seminars and managing Welcome Packs.
5. Manage the editorial line on the intranet 'INSIDE GUERLAIN' for both France and international audiences, including content creation and publication.
6. Assist in organizing internal events, ensuring smooth logistical execution.
7. Lead a cross-functional project based on the intern's interests and current business needs.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business School or University with a specialization in Human Resources.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
2. Strong written communication skills and fluency in English.
3. Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
4. Dynamic, proactive, and excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Interest in the luxury and beauty sectors.

No prior professional experience required, but a beginner level understanding of HR and internal communication processes is expected.

Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business or Human Resources.
