1. Draft and implement new procedures and ensure their compliance.
2. Enhance business processes.
3. Monitor documentation and adherence to existing internal procedures.
4. Conduct ad-hoc operational audits and internal control missions.
5. Develop awareness materials on Internal Control topics.
6. Participate in the annual Internal Control campaign at headquarters and subsidiaries.
7. Plan and engage in internal audits conducted by Guerlain and P&C audit teams.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program at a business or engineering school, or equivalent university degree specializing in audit and internal control.
2. Ideally, previous experience in audit and internal control or in an audit firm.

1. Proficiency in English, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Strong writing and synthesis abilities.
3. Curiosity and active listening skills.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
