1. Assist product managers across fragrance, skincare, and make-up categories in daily operations.
2. Analyze market data and support regular reporting to the headquarters.
3. Conduct competitive analyses and monitor industry best practices.
4. Translate English materials from headquarters into German, including presentations for clients and conferences.
5. Develop and implement support materials in collaboration with agencies and suppliers.
6. Manage individual projects.

1. Completion of at least three semesters in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
2. Initial practical experience in marketing or a strong interest in the field.
3. Passion for Guerlain's product range, the luxury and cosmetics industry, and consumer behavior trends.

1. Proficient in MS PowerPoint with an eye for aesthetics and basic experience in MS Excel.
2. Fluent in German and proficient in English; French is an advantage.
3. Proactive and independent work style with a high degree of responsibility.
4. Creative flair combined with analytical skills.

Entry-level position suitable for individuals with minimal professional experience.
