1. Conduct studies for the homologation and characterization of innovative packaging solutions, including new materials and refill systems.
2. Draft new testing methods and packaging design guides for these innovative solutions.
3. Perform cross-functional studies on tertiary packaging and cushioning solutions.
4. Analyze competitor packaging.
5. Ensure traceability by recording test results and communicating them to relevant stakeholders.
6. Report product non-conformities and collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement actions.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in engineering, specializing in packaging, chemistry, or material sciences.

1. Strong technical and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to manage projects and communicate recommendations effectively.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
