Guerlain Intern - Internal Communication and HR Development

1. Provide administrative and logistical support for training sessions, including managing administrative files and organizing logistics.
2. Monitor the billing process related to training and development activities.
3. Administer the 360 Learning platform by creating and updating user profiles and tracking usage KPIs.
4. Coordinate onboarding seminars, prepare Welcome Packs, and oversee the completion of e-learning modules for new hires.
5. Manage editorial content for the "INSIDE GUERLAIN" intranet, including sourcing topics, writing articles, and distributing newsletters.
6. Assist in organizing internal events, ensuring smooth logistical operations.
7. Lead a cross-functional project based on intern's interests and business needs, such as revamping an integration program or creating an internal event.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
2. Strong writing skills and fluency in English.
3. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with creativity and initiative.
5. Interest in the luxury and beauty industry.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
