1. Assist the legal team in managing brand portfolios, including trademark and design rights for multiple Houses, conducting prior art searches, responding to trademark office notifications, and drafting opposition briefs.
2. Draft legal documents and contracts such as coexistence agreements, licenses, and assignments of copyright and image rights.
3. Participate in the legal validation of advertising communications.
4. Contribute to the preparation of pre-litigation and litigation files.

1. Currently enrolled in a postgraduate program or law school with a specialization in intellectual property.

1. Proficiency in English, particularly in drafting legal notes and contracts.
2. Strong reactivity, pragmatism, and rigor.
3. Excellent teamwork capabilities.

Beginner level experience in intellectual property law is required.
