1. Provide legal counsel on intellectual property and business law matters for multiple brands within LVMH's Beauty Division, including Guerlain, Givenchy, and Kenzo.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including service agreements, advertising campaigns, artist collaborations, IT/digital contracts, and sponsorship agreements.
3. Ensure legal validation of marketing projects and manage the intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, designs, and domain names.
4. Advise and support teams by delivering training, drafting notes, and guidelines for operational teams.
5. Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters as necessary.

1. Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on intellectual property and contract law.
2. Experience in a law firm and/or international exposure is advantageous.

4. Strong teamwork capabilities while maintaining autonomy and responsibility.

A minimum of five years in a similar position, specializing in intellectual property and contract law. Experience in a law firm or international setting is a plus.

Master's degree in Intellectual Property and Business Law.
