1. Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting Guerlain's history, values, and expertise.
2. Supervise reception and retail tasks, ensuring a high level of professionalism.
3. Manage client reservations through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email.
4. Coordinate group arrivals in collaboration with relevant departments.
5. Maintain and optimize scheduling and appointment slots.
6. Welcome clients upon arrival and departure, handling billing and payment processes.
7. Oversee daily cash register operations and client accounts.
8. Ensure accurate daily invoice control and perform end-of-day system closure.
9. Address client inquiries regarding institute operations, pricing, and services.
10. Resolve conflicts and manage complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
11. Promote additional services and products, including gift vouchers.
12. Stay informed on Guerlain's direction and market trends through available resources.
13. Restock retail product shelves as needed.
14. Assist in training new reception staff on daily tasks.
15. Participate in client recruitment and contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs.

1. Minimum one year of experience in hotel reception or luxury spa environments.
2. Proficiency in English is essential.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
