1. Act as an ambassador for the Guerlain brand, embodying its history, values, and expertise.
2. Supervise reception and retail tasks with professionalism.
3. Manage reservations and coordinate group arrivals with relevant services.
4. Maintain and optimize scheduling and client appointments.
5. Welcome clients upon arrival and departure, handling billing and payments.
6. Oversee daily accounting, client accounts, and ensure end-of-day closure.
7. Address inquiries regarding the institute's operations, services, and pricing.
8. Resolve conflicts and manage complaints professionally and courteously.
9. Promote additional services and products, including gift vouchers.
10. Stay informed on Guerlain's direction and market trends.
11. Restock retail shelves and assist in training new reception staff.
12. Contribute to client recruitment and achievement of financial targets.

1. Experience in hotel reception or luxury spa environments is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in English is essential.
3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
