1. Act as an ambassador for the Guerlain brand, embodying its history, values, and expertise.
2. Oversee reception and retail operations with a high level of professionalism.
3. Manage client reservations through various channels including in-person, phone, and email.
4. Coordinate group arrivals in collaboration with relevant departments.
5. Maintain and optimize scheduling and client appointments.
6. Welcome clients upon arrival and ensure a seamless departure experience.
7. Handle billing and payment processes efficiently.
8. Maintain daily accounting records and client accounts.
9. Ensure accurate invoicing and daily system closure.
10. Address client inquiries regarding institute operations, pricing, and services.
11. Resolve conflicts and manage complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
12. Promote additional services and products to clients.
13. Sell gift vouchers and manage retail product restocking.
14. Assist in training new reception staff on daily tasks.
15. Contribute to client recruitment and achieving financial targets and KPIs.

1. Experience in hotel reception or luxury spa environments is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in English is essential.
3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
