1. Collaborate closely with the Innovation Project Manager to support and coordinate the development of new products, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
2. Engage directly with all stakeholders involved in the development process, including Marketing, Packaging Development, Purchasing, Industrialization, Industrial Logistics, Supply Chain, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs.
3. Lead pre-feasibility studies, risk analysis, and identification of potential project obstacles to anticipate challenges.
4. Develop project timelines with subject matter experts and monitor milestone adherence, alerting and identifying alternative solutions with stakeholders in case of deviations.
5. Manage cost control for projects.
6. Facilitate project and feasibility meetings, participating as an interface or alert role in various project-related meetings.
7. Identify areas for improvement in development processes to secure successful product launches.
8. Propose optimization solutions for current tools to enhance efficiency.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school, business school, or university with a specialization in project management, innovation, or industrial management.
2. Highly organized, meticulous, proactive, autonomous, and dynamic.
3. Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to maintain perspective and possess outstanding interpersonal skills.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
2. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, business, or a related field with a focus on project management or innovation.
