Guerlain Innovation Project Assistant

1. Collaborate closely with the Innovation Project Manager to support and coordinate the development of new products, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
2. Engage directly with all stakeholders in the development process, including Marketing, Packaging Development, Purchasing, Industrialization, Industrial Logistics, Supply Chain, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs.
3. Lead feasibility studies, risk analysis, and identification of potential project obstacles to preemptively address challenges.
4. Develop project timelines with subject matter experts and monitor milestone adherence, acting as an alert system and identifying alternative solutions when deviations occur.
5. Manage cost control of projects.
6. Facilitate project follow-up and feasibility meetings, participating as an interface or alert role in various project-related meetings.
7. Identify improvement areas in development processes to secure successful product launches.
8. Propose optimizations for current tools to enhance efficiency.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school, business school, or university with a specialization in project management, innovation, or industrial management.

2. Proactive and autonomous.
3. Dynamic with excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
