1. Train new procurement managers and approvers in SAP across various headquarters departments.
2. Assist in project support and management for SAP applications, Hanalive (SAP add-ins), Anaplan (BI tool), and Power BI, including report creation and optimization.
3. Maintain analytical data in SAP, including the creation of internal orders, profit centers, and cost centers for Guerlain SAS and its European subsidiaries.
4. Provide support for SAP, BI, and other access rights requests using Open Up.
5. Initiate analytical transactions for CO/PA postings and verify internal order allocations during monthly closings, in close collaboration with Guerlain SAS's general accounting.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/5) from a business or engineering school or equivalent university.
2. Interest in information systems.
3. Detail-oriented, autonomous, with strong interpersonal and adaptability skills.
