Guerlain Information Systems Intern

1. Conduct training for new purchase order managers and approvers across various headquarters departments using SAP.
2. Provide support and project management assistance for SAP applications, Hanalive (SAP add-ins), Anaplan (BI tool), and Power BI, including report creation and optimization.
3. Maintain analytical data in SAP, including the creation of internal orders, profit centers, and cost centers for Guerlain SAS and its European subsidiaries upon request.
4. Support requests for SAP, BI, and other access rights using Open Up.
5. Initiate analytical transactions for CO/PA postings and verify internal order allocations during monthly closings, in collaboration with Guerlain SAS's general accounting.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
