1. Conduct training sessions for new employees on purchase order management and validation processes using SAP.
2. Provide support and project management assistance for SAP applications, Hanalive (SAP add-ins), Anaplan (BI tool), and Power BI, including report creation and optimization.
3. Maintain analytical data in SAP by creating internal orders, profit centers, and cost centers for Guerlain SAS and its European subsidiaries upon request.
4. Support requests for SAP, BI, and other access rights using Open Up.
5. Initiate analytical transactions for CO/PA postings and verify internal order allocations during monthly closures in close collaboration with Guerlain SAS's general accounting.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in business, engineering, or a related field.

No prior experience required.
