Guerlain Influencer and VIP Manager

- Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy across digital channels and press.
- Identify and cultivate long-term relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders in fragrance, makeup, and skincare.
- Create and execute innovative campaigns for product launches and retailer activations.
- Serve as the primary contact for influencer and social media inquiries.
- Oversee content creation for influencer initiatives, including press releases and media kits.
- Manage influencer gifting, seeding, paid campaigns, events, and activations.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
- Cultivate relationships with key media contacts and VIP clients to secure positive coverage.
- Plan and execute exclusive press conferences, media events, and VIP activations.
- Ensure luxury client experiences for VIPs and promote Guerlain's vision.
- Collaborate with retail teams to support events and trade opportunities.
- Facilitate communication and logistics for store events and in-store animations for VIPs.
- Work with internal teams for cohesive strategies and support budget management.
- Provide market and competitor insight reports and develop crisis communication plans.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years experience in public relations, influencer marketing, or VIP relationship management, preferably in luxury beauty
- Strong understanding of digital channels, social media platforms, and influencer ecosystems
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify new partnership opportunities and build strong relationships
- Strategic thinker with a creative approach to campaign development
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in tracking and analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights
- A passion for beauty and a deep understanding of Guerlain's heritage and values
- Ability to act as a brand guardian and drive networks within and outside the beauty arena
Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, influencer marketing, or VIP relationship management, preferably within the luxury beauty sector.
Bachelor’s degree
LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $105,000.00 - $115,000.00.
