Responsibilities
- Responsible for the industrialization of new products in the emulsions workshop at the Chartres production site.
- Select and validate NEP (Cleaning in Place) recipes for new products.
- Proactively optimize NEP recipes in collaboration with quality assurance, integrating safety, quality, sustainability, and performance.
- Draft operating procedures and supervise implementation and scaling-up on-site.
- Conduct sensory, physicochemical, and stability tests to ensure the quality of new industrialized products.
- Train production operators on manufacturing processes by developing theoretical training materials and conducting training sessions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the emulsions workshop by identifying and proposing solutions to safety, ergonomics, quality, and performance challenges, and participating in investment projects.
Qualifications
- Chemistry education (bachelor's degree) with a specialization in hygiene/cleaning.
Skills
- Proficiency in computer tools and Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organized, autonomous, curious, and dynamic.
Experience Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in hygiene and cleaning in an industrial environment (cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and/or food industry).
Education Requirements
Chemistry education (bachelor's degree) with a specialization in hygiene/cleaning.
