Guerlain Industrialization Technician

Guerlain, established in 1828, is renowned for crafting exceptional and audacious fragrances and beauty products. The company is undergoing a transformation to become the most iconic high perfumery and high cosmetic house, surpassing competition in exclusivity and image.

1. Responsible for the industrialization of new products in the emulsions workshop at the Chartres production site.
2. Select and validate NEP (Cleaning in Place) recipes for new products.
3. Proactively optimize NEP recipes in collaboration with quality assurance, integrating safety, quality, sustainability, and performance.
4. Draft operating procedures and supervise implementation and scaling-up on-site.
5. Conduct sensory, physicochemical, and stability tests to ensure the quality of new industrialized products.
6. Train production operators on manufacturing processes by developing theoretical training materials and conducting training sessions.
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the emulsions workshop by identifying and proposing solutions to safety, ergonomics, quality, and performance challenges, and participating in investment projects.

1. Chemistry education (bachelor's degree) with a specialization in hygiene/cleaning.

1. Proficiency in computer tools and Excel.
2. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
3. Strong analytical skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Organized, autonomous, curious, and dynamic.

At least 5 years of experience in hygiene and cleaning in an industrial environment (cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and/or food industry).

Chemistry education (bachelor's degree) with a specialization in hygiene/cleaning.
