- Lead the selection and validation of Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) recipes for new products.
- Proactively optimize CIP recipes in collaboration with quality assurance, ensuring safety, quality, sustainability, and performance.
- Draft operational procedures and oversee implementation and scaling-up processes on-site.
- Conduct sensory, physicochemical, and stability tests to ensure the quality of industrialized products.
- Train production operators on manufacturing processes by developing theoretical training materials and conducting training sessions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the emulsion workshop by identifying and proposing solutions for safety, ergonomics, quality, and performance challenges, and participating in investment projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with a specialization in hygiene/cleaning.
- Proficiency in computer tools, particularly Excel; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Organized, autonomous, curious, and dynamic with a proactive approach.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in hygiene and cleaning within an industrial environment, such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food processing.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with a specialization in hygiene/cleaning.
