1. Oversee the industrialization of new makeup products in manufacturing and packaging workshops.
2. Provide support for production concerning quality non-conformities and technical issues.
3. Propose innovative solutions for product formulation to the marketing team.
4. Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new products.
5. Manage the industrialization phase timeline, including coordinating trials, marketing submissions, and stability testing.
6. Alert relevant parties to technical, scheduling, or budgetary issues.
7. Provide production standards to workshops and be present during initial production runs.

1. Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac+5 from an engineering school.
2. Experience in the cosmetics industry, including internships.

1. Proficiency in SAP is preferred.
2. Knowledge of lipstick casting processes is advantageous.

Open to candidates with beginner-level experience, including internships in the cosmetics industry.
