Responsibilities
- Lead the industrialization of new makeup products in manufacturing and packaging workshops.
- Support production in addressing quality non-conformities and technical issues.
- Propose innovations in product formulation to the marketing team.
- Study the industrial feasibility and cost of new products.
- Manage the industrialization phase schedule, including coordination of trials, marketing submissions, and stabilization.
- Alert on technical, scheduling, or budget issues.
- Provide production standards to workshops and be present during start-ups.
Qualifications
- Bac+5 level education, such as an engineering school.
Skills
- Proficiency in SAP is ideal.
- Knowledge of the lipstick casting process is ideal.
Experience Requirements
Experience in the cosmetics industry, including internships, is required.
