Guerlain Formula Industrialization Project Manager

- Oversee the industrialization of new makeup products in manufacturing and packaging workshops.
- Provide support for production concerning quality non-conformities and technical issues.
- Propose innovative solutions for product formulation to the marketing team.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new products.
- Manage the industrialization phase timeline, including coordinating trials, marketing submissions, and stability testing.
- Alert relevant parties to technical, scheduling, or budgetary issues.
- Provide production standards to workshops and be present during initial production runs.
- Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac+5 from an engineering school.
- Experience in the cosmetics industry, including internships.
- Proficiency in SAP is preferred.
- Knowledge of lipstick casting processes is advantageous.
