Industrialization Project Manager

1. Lead the industrialization of new makeup products in manufacturing and packaging workshops.
2. Support production in addressing quality non-conformities and technical issues.
3. Propose innovations in product formulation to the marketing team.
4. Study the industrial feasibility and cost of new products.
5. Manage the industrialization phase schedule, including coordination of trials, marketing submissions, and stabilization.
6. Alert on technical, scheduling, or budget issues.
7. Provide production standards to workshops and be present during start-ups.

1. Bac+5 level education, such as an engineering school.

1. Proficiency in SAP is ideal.
2. Knowledge of the lipstick casting process is ideal.

Experience in the cosmetics industry, including internships, is required.
