- Conduct industrialization trials for new products and NEP on production lines.
- Formalize analysis of trial results.
- Lead and monitor action plans.
- Track identified KPIs as success criteria.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in engineering with a specialization in product-process or process engineering.
- Ideally, previous experience in production or industrialization of new cosmetic products.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
