1. Conduct industrialization trials for new products and NEP on production lines.
2. Formalize analysis of trial results.
3. Lead and monitor action plans.
4. Track identified KPIs as success criteria.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in engineering with a specialization in product-process or process engineering.
2. Ideally, previous experience in production or industrialization of new cosmetic products.
