- Serve as the primary HR reference for managers, advising on individual and collective HR issues and co-developing agile organizational structures.
- Provide support and guidance to employees throughout their career journey.
- Attract and recruit top talent with a focus on excellence for various contract types, including permanent and graduate programs.
- Facilitate career development, mobility, and create ambitious development pathways in collaboration with Talent Development teams.
- Oversee performance and people reviews to identify and advance talent within the organization.
- Proactively build qualified talent pipelines and anticipate succession planning needs.
- Manage salary reviews in conjunction with the Compensation & Benefits team, ensuring a competitive and coherent remuneration policy.
- Optimize workforce planning using precise dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and facilitate conflict resolution, supporting managers with disciplinary procedures and contentious departures.
- Solid experience in generalist HR roles within dynamic and demanding environments.
- Proven ability to balance strategic and operational HR functions.
