Guerlain Human Resources Internship

1. Assist in the recruitment of Early Career Professionals (ECP) including interns, apprentices, and recent graduates for both headquarters and retail positions, involving job posting, CV screening, liaising with educational institutions, conducting phone interviews, and managing candidate responses.
2. Participate in the integration and monitoring of the intern and apprentice community, including training registration, orientation, mid-term and end-of-term evaluations, and organizing developmental events and experiences.
3. Facilitate school partnerships through business cases, school forums, campus presentations, and learning expeditions as part of the campus management strategy.
4. Enhance the employer brand online (LinkedIn, Jobteaser) and offline (campus events) by contributing to content creation and event organization.
5. Contribute to the optimization of recruitment processes and HR reporting/dashboards, focusing on continuous improvement and candidate experience.
6. Engage in cross-functional projects such as retail experience initiatives, developing new school partnerships, and assessment centers.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent (Bac +4/5).

1. Proactive with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
