1. Assist in the recruitment process for Early Career Professionals, including drafting and posting job advertisements, CV screening, liaising with educational institutions, conducting phone interviews, and managing candidate responses.
2. Support the integration and development of interns and apprentices through training registrations, orientation, mid-term and final evaluations, and organizing developmental events.
3. Facilitate school partnerships by organizing business cases, school forums, and campus presentations as part of the campus management strategy.
4. Enhance the employer brand both online (LinkedIn, Jobteaser) and offline through content creation and event organization.
5. Contribute to the optimization of recruitment processes and HR reporting, focusing on continuous improvement and candidate experience.
6. Participate in cross-functional projects such as retail experiences, creating new educational partnerships, and assessment centers.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Bac +4/5).
2. Demonstrated enthusiasm for project management and development.
