1. Assist in the recruitment of Early Career Professionals, including interns, apprentices, and recent graduates, through job postings, CV screening, school partnerships, and conducting interviews.
2. Support the integration and development of interns and apprentices by organizing training sessions, welcome events, and performance evaluations.
3. Manage school partnerships by coordinating business cases, school forums, and on-campus presentations to enhance campus engagement strategy.
4. Enhance employer branding both online and offline by creating content and organizing events on platforms such as LinkedIn and Jobteaser.
5. Contribute to the optimization of recruitment processes and HR reporting systems, focusing on continuous improvement and candidate experience.
6. Participate in cross-functional projects such as retail experience initiatives and the development of new school partnerships.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Bac +4/5).
2. Demonstrated enthusiasm for project management and proactive problem-solving.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
