1. Assist in managing the entire recruitment process for the French market, including both headquarters and field teams.
2. Support employee onboarding and monitor probation periods, as well as handle disciplinary matters.
3. Collaborate with managers in implementing HR projects and processes.
4. Help update and maintain HR dashboards, including recruitment metrics.
5. Contribute to various HR projects such as Quality of Work Life and onboarding initiatives.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent (Bac +4/5).

1. Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
