- Assist in managing the entire recruitment process for the French market, including both headquarters and field teams.
- Support employee onboarding and monitor probation periods, as well as handle disciplinary matters.
- Collaborate with managers in implementing HR projects and processes.
- Help update and maintain HR dashboards, including recruitment metrics.
- Contribute to various HR projects such as Quality of Work Life and onboarding initiatives.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent (Bac +4/5).
- Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
