1. Assist in managing the entire recruitment process for the French market, including both headquarters and field teams.
2. Support employee onboarding and probationary period tracking, as well as disciplinary management.
3. Aid managers in implementing HR projects and processes.
4. Contribute to the updating and monitoring of HR dashboards, including recruitment metrics.
5. Participate in various HR projects such as Quality of Work Life (QWL) and onboarding initiatives.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent (Bac +4/5).

1. Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

No prior experience required; ideal for beginners eager to learn.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
