Guerlain Human Resources Internship

1. Participate in the recruitment process for the French market teams, both at headquarters and in the field.
2. Assist in employee follow-up, including integration and probation period management, as well as disciplinary management.
3. Support managers in implementing HR projects and processes.
4. Help update and monitor HR dashboards (recruitment, etc.).
5. Contribute to various HR projects such as Quality of Work Life (QWL) and onboarding.

1. Student pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
