- Contribute to the updating and monitoring of HR dashboards, including recruitment metrics.
- Participate in various HR projects such as Quality of Work Life (QWL) and onboarding initiatives.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent (Bac +4/5).
- Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
