Guerlain Human Resources Intern

- Assist the HR Business Partner in managing the entire recruitment process for the French market, including needs assessment, job posting, CV screening, phone pre-qualifications, interview participation, and salary proposal development.
- Support HR/Payroll teams in monitoring the integration paths of new employees and ensuring successful probation periods.
- Serve as the primary contact and reference for all retail interns and apprentices, ensuring their ongoing support and development.
- Contribute to employee lifecycle management and disciplinary procedures within the company.
- Maintain and update HR dashboards (recruitment, internal mobility, probation periods, workforce) and provide insightful analyses to inform decision-making.
- Actively participate in strategic HR projects such as Workplace Quality of Life, onboarding optimization, and organizational design.
- Support the HR Business Partner in internal mobility interviews and maintain proactive follow-up with Group HR contacts.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac + 4/5) in Human Resources or a related field.
- Seeking a stimulating end-of-study or gap year internship.
- Strong organizational skills and exemplary attention to detail.
- Active listening and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
