1. Assist the HR Business Partner in managing the recruitment process for the French market, including needs assessment, job posting, CV screening, phone pre-qualifications, interview participation, and salary proposal development.
2. Support HR/Payroll teams in overseeing the onboarding process and ensuring successful probation periods for new employees.
3. Serve as the primary contact for retail interns and apprentices, ensuring their progress and addressing any concerns.
4. Contribute to employee lifecycle management and disciplinary procedures.
5. Maintain and update HR dashboards, providing insightful analyses to inform decision-making.
6. Actively participate in strategic HR projects, such as Workplace Quality of Life, onboarding optimization, and organizational design.
7. Assist the HRBP with internal mobility interviews and maintain proactive communication with Group HR contacts.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Seeking a stimulating end-of-studies or gap year internship.

1. Strong organizational skills and exemplary attention to detail.
2. Active listening and excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent in progress.
