1. Assist in the preparation of monthly social management reports.
2. Prepare monthly workforce reports for France.
3. Consolidate workforce data from various countries.
4. Contribute to the development of the monthly HR KPIs dashboard.
5. Prepare boutique reporting.
6. Update the workforce tracking table for the CSE and training follow-up file.
7. Participate in the budget exercise, focusing on payroll and workforce data consolidation and coherence.
8. Prepare ad hoc queries.
9. Prepare the monthly ADP payroll software interface for the LVMH Talent HRIS.
10. Support the deployment of the 'My Beauty Talent' project.
11. Participate in data cleaning campaigns.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business School or equivalent university, with a focus on finance or human resources.

1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and multitask efficiently.
2. Proactive and engaged work ethic.
3. Enthusiastic and curious nature with excellent teamwork capabilities.
4. Meticulous attention to detail and adaptability.
5. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
6. Fluent in English.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or related field.

This is a conventioned internship starting in January 2026, lasting for six months, located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris.
