1. Assist in the preparation of monthly social management reports.
2. Prepare and consolidate monthly workforce reports for France and other countries.
3. Contribute to the development of HR dashboards, presenting monthly HR KPIs.
4. Update workforce tracking tables for the Works Council and training follow-up files.
5. Participate in the budget exercise, focusing on payroll and workforce data consolidation.
6. Prepare ad hoc queries as needed.
7. Prepare the monthly ADP payroll software interface for the LVMH Talent HRIS.
8. Support the deployment of the 'My Beauty Talent' project.
9. Participate in data cleaning campaigns.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Human Resources.
2. Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
3. Fluent in English.
