- Assist in managing the entire recruitment process for the French market, including both headquarters and field teams.
- Support employee follow-up, including integration and probationary period management, as well as disciplinary procedures.
- Aid managers in implementing HR projects and processes.
- Contribute to updating and monitoring HR dashboards, particularly in recruitment.
- Participate in various HR projects, including quality of work life and onboarding initiatives.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent (Bac +4/5).
- Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
No prior experience required; ideal for beginners eager to learn.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
