- Participate in the preparation of monthly workforce reports for France.
- Consolidate workforce data from various countries.
- Assist in the construction of the HR dashboard, presenting monthly KPIs.
- Prepare boutique-specific reports.
- Update workforce tracking tables for the CSE and training follow-up files.
- Contribute to the budget exercise by piloting payroll and workforce data consolidation.
- Prepare ad hoc queries.
- Prepare the monthly ADP interface for the LVMH Talent HRIS.
- Support the deployment of the 'My Beauty Talent' project.
- Participate in data cleaning campaigns.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Human Resources.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and proactive engagement.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Human Resources.
