1. Participate in the preparation of monthly workforce reports for France.
2. Consolidate workforce data from various countries.
3. Assist in the creation of the HR dashboard, presenting monthly HR KPIs.
4. Prepare boutique reporting.
5. Update workforce tracking tables for the CSE and training follow-up files.
6. Contribute to the budget exercise, focusing on payroll and workforce data consolidation.
7. Prepare ad hoc queries.
8. Prepare the monthly ADP interface for the Group HRIS (LVMH Talent).
9. Support the deployment of the 'My Beauty Talent' project.
10. Participate in data cleaning campaigns.

1. Student pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in business school or equivalent university, with a focus on finance or HR.

1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and tasks proactively and diligently.
2. Enthusiastic and curious nature with excellent teamwork, rigor, humility, interpersonal skills, and adaptability.
3. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
4. Fluent in English.

Entry-level

Student pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in business school or equivalent university, with a focus on finance or HR.

This is a conventioned internship starting in July 2025 for a duration of 6 months.
