Guerlain Human Resources Generalist Intern

- Support the HR Business Partner in managing the entire recruitment process for the French market, including needs assessment, job posting, CV screening, phone pre-qualifications, interview participation, and salary proposal development.
- Assist HR/Payroll teams in monitoring the integration of new employees and ensuring the smooth progression of probationary periods.
- Serve as the primary contact and reference for all retail interns and apprentices, ensuring their continuous support and development.
- Contribute to employee lifecycle management and disciplinary processes within the Maison.
- Maintain and update HR dashboards with recruitment, internal mobility, probationary periods, and workforce data, providing insightful analyses to inform decision-making.
- Actively participate in strategic HR projects such as Workplace Quality of Life, onboarding optimization, and organizational design.
- Support the HRBP in conducting internal mobility interviews and maintain proactive communication with Group HR contacts.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Seeking a stimulating end-of-study or gap year internship.

- Exceptional organizational skills and exemplary attention to detail.
- Active listening and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
