1. Support the HR Business Partner in managing the entire recruitment process for the French market, including needs assessment, job posting, CV screening, phone pre-qualifications, interview participation, and salary proposal development.
2. Assist HR/Payroll teams in monitoring the integration of new employees and ensuring the smooth progression of probationary periods.
3. Serve as the primary contact and reference for all retail interns and apprentices, ensuring their continuous support and development.
4. Contribute to employee lifecycle management and disciplinary processes within the Maison.
5. Maintain and update HR dashboards with recruitment, internal mobility, probationary periods, and workforce data, providing insightful analyses to inform decision-making.
6. Actively participate in strategic HR projects such as Workplace Quality of Life, onboarding optimization, and organizational design.
7. Support the HRBP in conducting internal mobility interviews and maintain proactive communication with Group HR contacts.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Human Resources or equivalent.
2. Seeking a stimulating end-of-study or gap year internship.
