1. Participate in the preparation of monthly HR reports, including workforce reporting for France.
2. Consolidate workforce data from various countries.
3. Assist in the development of the HR dashboard, presenting monthly HR KPIs.
4. Prepare boutique reporting and update workforce tracking tables for the Works Council and training monitoring files.
5. Contribute to the budgetary exercise, focusing on payroll and workforce data consolidation and coherence.
6. Prepare ad hoc queries.
7. Prepare the monthly ADP payroll software interface for the LVMH Group HRIS (LVMH Talent).
8. Support the deployment of the 'My Beauty Talent' project.
9. Participate in data cleaning campaigns.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business School or equivalent university, with a focus on Finance or Human Resources.

1. Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Excellent teamwork, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluent in English.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or related field.
