- Participate in the preparation of monthly HR reports, including workforce reporting for France.
- Consolidate workforce data from various countries.
- Assist in the development of the HR dashboard, presenting monthly HR KPIs.
- Prepare boutique reporting and update workforce tracking tables for the Works Council and training monitoring files.
- Contribute to the budgetary exercise, focusing on payroll and workforce data consolidation and coherence.
- Prepare ad hoc queries.
- Prepare the monthly ADP payroll software interface for the LVMH Group HRIS (LVMH Talent).
- Support the deployment of the 'My Beauty Talent' project.
- Participate in data cleaning campaigns.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business School or equivalent university, with a focus on Finance or Human Resources.
- Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent teamwork, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or related field.
