1. Participate in the preparation of monthly HR reports, including workforce reporting for France.
2. Consolidate workforce data from various countries.
3. Assist in the development of the monthly HR dashboard, presenting key performance indicators.
4. Prepare boutique reporting.
5. Update workforce tracking tables for the Works Council and training follow-up files.
6. Contribute to the budget exercise, focusing on payroll and workforce management, ensuring data consolidation and coherence.
7. Prepare ad hoc queries.
8. Prepare the monthly ADP interface for the Group's HRIS (LVMH Talent).
9. Support the deployment of the 'My Beauty Talent' project.
10. Participate in data cleaning campaigns.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business School or equivalent university, with a focus on Finance or Human Resources.

1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks proactively and with precision.
2. Enthusiastic and curious nature, recognized for teamwork, rigor, humility, strong interpersonal skills, and adaptability.
3. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
4. Proficient in English.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Pursuing Master's degree in Business or equivalent.

This is a conventioned internship starting in January 2026, lasting 6 months, located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris.
