- Participate in the preparation of monthly HR reports, including workforce reporting for France.
- Consolidate workforce data from various countries.
- Assist in the development of the monthly HR dashboard, presenting key performance indicators.
- Prepare boutique reporting.
- Update workforce tracking tables for the Works Council and training follow-up files.
- Contribute to the budget exercise, focusing on payroll and workforce management, ensuring data consolidation and coherence.
- Prepare ad hoc queries.
- Prepare the monthly ADP interface for the Group's HRIS (LVMH Talent).
- Support the deployment of the 'My Beauty Talent' project.
- Participate in data cleaning campaigns.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business School or equivalent university, with a focus on Finance or Human Resources.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks proactively and with precision.
- Enthusiastic and curious nature, recognized for teamwork, rigor, humility, strong interpersonal skills, and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Proficient in English.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Pursuing Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
This is a conventioned internship starting in January 2026, lasting 6 months, located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris.
