1. Participate in the recruitment of Early Career Professionals, including interns and recent graduates, for both headquarters and retail positions.
2. Assist in the integration and follow-up of interns and apprentices, including training registration, welcoming, mid-term and end-of-term evaluations, and organizing development events.
3. Manage school partnerships through business cases, school forums, and campus presentations as part of the campus management strategy.
4. Enhance the employer brand online and offline by creating content and organizing events on platforms like LinkedIn and Jobteaser.
5. Contribute to the optimization of recruitment processes and HR reporting, focusing on continuous improvement and candidate experience.
6. Participate in cross-functional projects such as retail experience initiatives, creating new school partnerships, and assessment centers.
