- Assist in the recruitment process for Early Career Professionals including interns, apprentices, and recent graduates, involving job postings, CV screening, school liaison, and conducting phone interviews.
- Support the integration and development of interns and apprentices through training registration, mid-term and final evaluations, and organizing developmental events.
- Manage school partnerships by coordinating business cases, school forums, and campus presentations as part of the campus management strategy.
- Enhance employer branding online and offline by creating content and organizing campus events.
- Contribute to the optimization of recruitment processes and HR reporting, focusing on continuous improvement and candidate experience.
- Participate in cross-functional projects such as retail experience initiatives, creating new school partnerships, and assessment centers.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Proactive and organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
