1. Play a key role in deploying projects focused on promoting a company culture where employees and managers are active participants in their professional development.

3. Support workplace well-being programs, including physical and mental health initiatives.
4. Manage relationships with training and event suppliers, from provider selection to payment processing.
5. Handle administrative and logistical management of training for headquarters and retail teams.
6. Participate in organizing integration seminars.
7. Contribute to the budget monitoring of the People & Culture team.
8. Collaborate on cross-functional HR projects.

1. Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (minimum Bac +4) in HR or equivalent at a university, IAE, or business school.
2. First experience in HR through an internship or apprenticeship.

3. Proactive with excellent organizational skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively manage time.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Entry-level

Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (minimum Bac +4) in HR or equivalent.

This is a 6-month internship starting in July 2025, located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris.
