- Play a key role in implementing projects focused on promoting a corporate culture where employees and managers are the primary drivers of their professional development.
- Support initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion, addressing topics such as disability, gender equality, and equal opportunities.
- Assist in enhancing workplace well-being by supporting physical and mental health programs.
- Manage relationships with training and event suppliers, from vendor selection to payment processing.
- Oversee the administrative and logistical management of training for both headquarters and retail teams.
- Participate in organizing onboarding seminars.
- Contribute to the budget monitoring of the People & Culture team.
- Collaborate on cross-functional HR projects.
- Pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent from a university, business school, or IAE.
- Previous experience in HR through internships or apprenticeships.
- Proficiency in budget management and invoicing processes.
- Demonstrated rigor, autonomy, and teamwork spirit.
- Proactive with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to various work environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Entry-level, suitable for candidates with initial HR experience through internships or apprenticeships.
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
