1. Play a key role in implementing projects focused on promoting a corporate culture where employees and managers are the primary drivers of their professional development.
2. Support initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion, addressing topics such as disability, gender equality, and equal opportunities.
3. Assist in enhancing workplace well-being by supporting physical and mental health programs.
4. Manage relationships with training and event suppliers, from vendor selection to payment processing.
5. Oversee the administrative and logistical management of training for both headquarters and retail teams.
6. Participate in organizing onboarding seminars.
7. Contribute to the budget monitoring of the People & Culture team.
8. Collaborate on cross-functional HR projects.

1. Pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent from a university, business school, or IAE.
2. Previous experience in HR through internships or apprenticeships.

1. Proficiency in budget management and invoicing processes.
2. Demonstrated rigor, autonomy, and teamwork spirit.
3. Proactive with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to various work environments.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Entry-level, suitable for candidates with initial HR experience through internships or apprenticeships.

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
