1. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to oversee the recruitment process across the HQ, France, and Europe.
2. Ensure high-quality recruitment with a focus on internal mobility.
3. Conduct mobility interviews and maintain follow-up with Group HR contacts in collaboration with the L&D team.
4. Participate in organizational changes aligned with the brand's strategy alongside the HR Director.
5. Support managers in conducting performance reviews.
6. Identify training needs and develop the 2026 training plan in collaboration with managers and the L&D team.
7. Assist in the salary review process with the Compensation & Benefits team.
8. Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.

1. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or generalist HR roles.
